Doctor’s Course for International Students
The doctoral degree program at the Division aims to become an excellent, independent researcher. Under the supervision of a professor, you will do cutting-edge research within the field of your choice. Most of Doctor’s course students will be involved in projects of your supervisor and collaborate with faculty members, other students and industrial partners. After successfully defending your dissertation, you will receive a doctoral degree entitled Dr. in Engineering.
Admission information
The entrance examination will be held twice, in summer and winter. The Application Guidelines are available at the Admission Section, Student Affairs Division, Graduate School of Engineering. Every applicant must find, well in advance, an academic advisor suitable for the research field in which the applicant is interested, and contact him/her by email to confirm whether the field is adequately fitting to his/her laboratory. For more information, please contact your supervisor under whom you think you want to do your research.
